These terms cover your use of craftnor.com. Client project work is governed separately by the signed proposal and statement of work for that project, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using this website
The content here is provided for information. We keep it accurate and current, but nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
Free website audits
Audits are provided free of charge and in good faith. They are an informed professional opinion based on a review of your public website, not a guarantee of results, rankings or revenue.
Project terms
Project payment schedules, revision rounds, timelines and ownership are set out in your proposal. In summary: you own the design files and code on final payment, we commit to the launch date in the proposal, and two revision rounds are included at design stage.
Intellectual property
The Craftnor name, brand and the content of this website belong to Craftnor. Client work shown in case studies is published with that client's permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
